Access at Polka

At Polka, we are committed to creating lasting, memorable experiences for every child.

Schools Access

We work closely with schools, education and access professionals to develop opportunities and sensory friendly theatre performances specially designed for Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent children.

Our Sensory Space

A safe, interactive space for all children, our Sensory Space is specifically designed to support Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent children and young people to engage, explore and learn.

With an interactive floor that responds to gesture and movement, and floor-to-ceiling wall projections, children can explore a room full of dynamic images, pop-up elements, sound effects and music.

We can take up to 20 children in the space, and tailor every session to suit the needs, learning goals and aims of the group.
