Special Schools & ARP Funded Schemes

We work with children in and out of the classroom to help develop key skills, from literacy and communication to confidence and self-expression.

The following opportunities are aimed at schools that would not otherwise have the resources to access our creative opportunities for their pupils.

  • Arts Access

    Giving young theatre-goers with access needs the best theatre experience.

  • Curtain Up! Free Tickets

    If you are a school that is unable to visit Polka due to financial or other difficulties, you could receive free theatre tickets for your pupils to experience theatre for the very first time.

  • Freefalling

    Polka’s free youth theatre is for children aged 9 – 16 who are experiencing challenging circumstances at school or at home. Participants build confidence while learning theatre skills and techniques.

  • Creative Connections

    Creative Connections is a fully funded scheme, designed to increase engagement with theatre and storytelling in schools.
