Polka Theatre

An act of kindness can spark a lifetime of creativity

Polka is for everyone. But, for many children, their only chance to access the arts is thanks to the generosity of people like you.

Please donate or set up a regular gift to help every child discover the wonder of live storytelling. As a registered charity, every donation really does make a difference.

Pay it forward!

Can you help Pay It Forward?

£6 pays for a child to attend a Polka Saturday Club workshop, an opportunity for them to make friends and explore their creativity

£15 pays for a free ticket to a Curtain Up! Show and special Q&A with the cast, giving a child their first ever theatre experience with their classmates.

£25 pays for 4 vulnerable young people to have a free lunch on-site Polka, while they are participating in drama clubs during school holidays.

£50 pays for a local family facing challenging circumstances to receive free tickets to a Polka show.

I want to Pay it Forward!

“We are so happy that we’ve finally found an activity to do with our SEND children and we didn’t feel alienated or uncomfortable. We never thought this was possible.”

Parent

“The children had an utterly amazing time at the theatre, many had never been to the cinema let alone the theatre and some were even excited about their first train journey!”
