Polka is a registered charity. The generosity of our amazing family of supporters ensures that every child can experience live theatre productions and creative learning activities.
Polka is truly a theatre for everyone. Each year, we give away 10% of theatre tickets and 50% of workshop places for free. Our welcoming play space, reading corner and gardens are free and open to all, 6 days a week, for 50 weeks a year. Through community partnerships, we offer free and subsidised creative opportunities to local families experiencing challenging circumstances. Whilst for disabled children and children with additional needs, our Access programme provides adapted performances, tailored workshops, and subsidised tickets. Every donation helps make all of this possible and ensure that Polka can be enjoyed by children now and for future generations.
