Remembering Polka’s Chair of Trustees, Dominic Proctor

It is with immense sadness that we share the news that our wonderful Chair of Trustees Dominic Proctor has died.

Dom joined Polka as Chair in November 2022, following our major redevelopment, and has been instrumental in helping Polka to grow our reach and ambitions. He has been an inspiration to the team, offering huge support and skilled leadership, bringing kindness and positive energy to everything he has done.

His work will have an impact for years to come for many, many children. His sense of fun and joy, his passion and his generosity of spirit will be sorely missed by us all. We send our heartfelt condolences to his wife and all his family and friends at this sad time.
