Cast announced for The Wind in the Willows

We are extremely excited to announce the cast for The Wind in the Willows.
Meet the actors that will bring this funny and timely take on Kenneth Grahame’s classic tale of bravery and friendship to life!
Andrea Matthea Laing Mole
Andrea trained at Drama Centre. This is her professional stage debut. Credits while training include: Nell Gwynn, The Mountaintop, Wild East, Uncle Vanya, The Tempest and This Restless House.
Andrew Chevalier Ratty
Andrew trained at Drama Studio London. He is delighted to be back at Polka. Polka credits include: Beauty and the Beast, Peter Pan. Other theatre credits include: Les Misérables (UK & Ireland Tour);David Copperfield(UK & Ireland Tour). Andrew is a founding member of the award winning ensemble for The Faction Repertory Theatre Company. Credits for The Faction include: Othello, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Hamlet, Mary Stuart.
Edd Muruako Badger
Edd trained at ALRA. Credits include: Wonderland (Hampstead Theatre); The Shock Exchange (TheBush); The Comedy of Errors (Open Air Tour); How Lion Became King of Tinga Tinga Land (Rose Theatre); Brothers (Tramshed Theatre); Life & Death of Martin Luther King (Lost Theatre); Silver Shored (Tristan Bates Theatre); Fahrenheit 451 (European Tour).
Jessica Dennis Ensemble
Jessica trained at East 15 Acting School. Theatre credits include: Meet Me in the Ruins (Belgrade Theatre); Million Dollar Quartet (Mumbai, NCPA); Romeo and Juliet (Orange Tree Theatre); Offside (Futures Theatre, National Tour). She is also a regular performer for the award winning Wireless Theatre Company and Audible.
Kara Taylor Alberts Ensemble
Kara trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. Credits include: Sleeping Beauty: A New Musical (UK Tour); Robin Hood (Number 1 Tour Italy); The Hired Man (Union Theatre); Second Hand’s Gone (The Bunker / The Cockpit); Patterns (The Landor). Concerts include: Joe Louis Robinson and Friends (Leicester Square Theatre). Film and TV: Wayback; Walk The Dog. Presenting and voice-over: Swedish Glace (Presenter, Sundance Film Festival) and Picturehouse (Voiceover, Advert).
Phil Yarrow Toad
Phil is delighted to be back at Polka appearing as Toad in the show in which he made his Polka debut as Ratty! Polka credits include: Double Act, The Borrowers, How to Hide a Lion, Happy Harry’s Café, Gorilla, Charlie & Lola’s Extremely New Play. Other theatre credits for young audiences include: The Singing Mermaid, Sleepyhead (Little Angel); I Will Not Ever NEVER Eat A Tomato (MEI); Charlie & Lola’s Best Bestest Play (Watershed); Room On The Broom (Original Cast & West End); The Gruffalo’s Child, Something Else (Tall Stories); The Firebird (NTC); Life of Pi (Twisting Yarn); Such A Curious Dream (Harrogate Theatre).
