Would you like to work for a pioneering national theatre for children? Do you enjoy working with people and managing relationships? Are you accurate with administration, good at problem solving and able to think innovatively? As Producer you will act as the central point of communication for all performance activity within our friendly and dynamic company. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Polka’s exciting artistic programme at the theatre in Wimbledon, locally, nationally, and internationally. You will work closely with the Artistic Director, Executive Director (Joint CEOs), and other Heads of Departments. You will also supervise work by the Producing Assistant.

Are you a good team player and passionate about supporting pioneering theatre? Make theatre happen in this ‘hands-on’ role. Work closely with Polka staff and freelance creative teams to bring together shows and events and become an integral part of our team, supporting fit-ups, get-outs, and the day to day technical running of our shows. This could also include carpentry and driving if you have the necessary skills. We are open to flexible recruitment options, so please contact us with any questions.
