Our exciting Autumn/Winter 2018-19 Season

June 21, 2018

POOP! POOP!

We’re delighted to share with you our upcoming Autumn/Winter 2018-19 Season.

On the Main Stage, the season begins at the foothills of The Himalayas where three children bring a magical book to life.   Three Sat Under the Banyan Tree   is a new play written by Shamser Sinha, inspired by the Panchatantra tales and we’re delighted to be co-producing with Tara Arts the first-ever stage adaptation in the UK.

We then gear up for our Christmas spectacular with one of the greatest stories ever written for children,   The Wind in the Willows   by Kenneth Grahame. This wonderfully funny tale will be brought to life with music, songs and the usual Polka magic!

For younger children, we’re thrilled to welcome back to the Adventure Theatre   Under the Rainbow , which tells the story of one woman’s courageous journey across land and sea. Then join us in October Half Term for the adventures of the bravest biscuit of all time,   The Gingerbread Man!

The Adventure Theatre will then be transformed into a cosy woodland setting for Jan Blake’s   In the Winter Wood,   for tales full of bravery and friendship.

In addition, there are lots of wonderful   TAKE PART term time clubs and holiday workshops   to accompany our productions that give children the opportunity to learn  and express their creativity.

We do hope you’ll join us this Autumn/Winter.
